• Must understand U.S.P.H.S. practices and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Prior experience in a galley operation or dish department is beneficial but not essential.
• Must have basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures for the food service
industry.
• Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures
• Ability to organize and complete work per deadlines
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written
70% Intermediate English.
