• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant Food and Beverage environment
• Must attend USPH sanitation courses and understand environmental regulations that

pertain to the individual’s area of work

Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures
• Ability to organize and complete work meeting deadlines
• Working knowledge of wine and beverage products and cocktail presentation and preparation
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written

70% Intermediate English.
