• Must possess a formal qualification in culinary arts from a recognized culinary training institution
• Must have at least 4 years of galley experience with at least 1 year experience as 1st Commis
• Must have recent experience in high volume production
• Must be well versed in U.S.P.H.S. regulations
• A degree in food management from a recognized International culinary institution
• Must have at least four years of galley experience with at least one year experience as 1st Commis Knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation
• Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures
• Ability to train and motivate subordinates
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written
70% Intermediate English.
